Visit Wendover

TRAVEL BY TRAIN

Wendover Station is a short walk from the High Street and serves the town of Wendover and surrounding villages including Ellesborough and Wendover Dean. The station is on the London Marylebone – Aylesbury line and is served by Chiltern Railways trains. It is between Great Missenden and Stoke Mandeville stations.

TRAVEL BY BUS

Wendover has 4 bus routes which serve 21 bus stops including a bus stop at the bottom of the High Street, opposite the Clock Tower.

TRAVEL BY CAR

From Tring:

Begin by taking the A41 southbound toward Aylesbury. Continue on the A41 for approximately 6 miles. Then, merge onto the A413 toward Wendover. Follow the A413 for around 5 miles, and you will arrive in Wendover.

From Amersham:

Start by taking the A413 southbound from Amersham. Continue on the A413 for approximately 8 miles, following signs for Wendover and Aylesbury. This will lead you to Wendover.

From London:

Start by heading northwest on the M40 motorway. Take the M40 toward Oxford and Birmingham. After about 32 miles, take exit 4 (High Wycombe) onto the A4010. Follow signs for Aylesbury and Wendover as you continue on the A4010. After approximately 7 miles, you will reach Wendover.
